Global Returns & Refunds Policy

At Mambobaby™ Global, we stand by our 2026 safety-certified technology. We offer a 14-day global return window for all our international families.

Policy Snapshot

  • Return Window: 14 Days from the date of delivery (Global Standard).
  • Item Condition: Must be new, unused, in original sealed packaging, and resalable.
  • Restocking Fees: £0.00 (We do not charge restocking fees).
  • Return Shipping: Responsibility of the customer (Tracked service required).
  • Refund Processing: Issued within 7 days of inspection at our Global Hub.
🛡️ Health & Safety Protection (EU Art. 16e Compliance)

For the health protection and safety of all infants, we cannot accept returns of floats that have been unsealed or used in water. Please inspect your item and ensure a proper fit while dry. Once a float has entered a pool or bath, it is legally excluded from return eligibility due to hygiene regulations.

International Return Process

To initiate a return from any of our target regions (UK, EU, USA, CA, SG), please follow the official global protocol:

1. Request Authorization: Email support@mambobabyfloat.co.uk with your Order Number. Please state your reason for return.

2. Receive Hub Instructions: Our team will provide the designated return address for your region and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

3. Secure Dispatch: Ship the item using a tracked service. Do not send items back to the origin address on the shipping label without an RMA number.

4. Verification & Refund: Upon receipt at our Hub, items undergo a safety seal inspection. Approved refunds are issued in GBP (£) to your original payment method within 7 business days.

2-Year Global Performance Warranty

If your 2026 Mambobaby™ model has a manufacturing defect or arrives damaged, you are protected by our Authorized Global Warranty. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the defect. We will arrange a priority replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
