Mambobaby™ UK Returns Centre

We want you to love your float. If something isn't right, we are here to fix it. You have 14 days from the day of delivery to request a return.

For the safety of all babies, we cannot accept returns of used items. Just like swimwear or underwear, once a float has been used in water, the hygiene seal is considered broken. Please inspect the size and fit before putting the float in the pool.

1. The "14-Day Cooling Off" Period

Under UK Consumer Law, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us if you wish to return your item for a refund. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

2. How to Return

• Click the "Start Return" button above to email our support team.
• Include your Order Number and reason for return.
• We will provide you with the nearest return address instructions.
• Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 48 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal). Please allow 5-10 business days for your bank to show the credit.
