Please Note: While our site may display prices in your local currency for convenience, all transactions are processed in Great British Pounds (GBP £) via our secure Airwallex gateway. Your bank or card issuer may apply a conversion rate or international transaction fee for which Snuggly Surprises Ltd is not responsible.

3. Global Shipping & "No Hidden Fees"

We operate on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis for all target regions, including the UK, EU, USA, Canada, and Singapore. Snuggly Surprises Ltd takes full responsibility for pre-paying all import VAT, GST, and Customs Duties. We offer Free Worldwide Shipping as standard. While we provide estimated transit times (e.g., 5–15 days), we are not liable for delays caused by international customs clearance or local courier logistics.

4. Safety Standards & Liability Limitation

Mambobaby™ floats are recreational swimming aids certified under EN13138-1 (EU) and ASTM F963 (USA). They are NOT life-saving devices. By purchasing, you acknowledge that the product requires constant, within-reach, competent adult supervision. Snuggly Surprises Ltd shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or incident resulting from improper use, lack of supervision, or failure to strictly follow the provided safety and setup guides.

5. Returns & Hygiene Compliance
