We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our Mambobaby™ floats. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction.

3. Pricing & Modifications

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

4. Billing & Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

5. Shipping & Customs

As outlined in our Shipping Policy, we operate on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis for UK orders. Snuggly Surprises Ltd takes responsibility for VAT and Import Duties. Delivery timelines (7-10 business days) are estimates and may be subject to local courier or customs delays beyond our control.

6. Use of Safety Equipment

Mambobaby™ floats are swimming aids and not life-saving devices. By purchasing from Snuggly Surprises Ltd, you acknowledge that the product must be used under constant, competent adult supervision. We are not liable for any injury or incident resulting from improper use or lack of supervision.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, with consumer protections applied as per the jurisdiction of the United Kingdom for UK-based transactions.
