Delivery Timelines

To ensure you receive the latest 2026 Model (with fresh PearlFoam™), orders are dispatched from our Global Quality Centre in Hong Kong and handed over to Royal Mail or Evri for final delivery.

How to Track Your Order

We believe in full visibility. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your float leaves our warehouse.

  • Step 1: You receive a "Dispatched" email with your tracking ID.
  • Step 2: The package flies to London Heathrow (LHR).
  • Step 3: Once it clears UK Customs (fast-tracked), it is handed to Royal Mail or Evri for final delivery to your door.
Holiday Note: Heading on holiday soon? Please order at least 14 days before your flight to be safe. We cannot speed up customs clearance during busy periods!

Not Home?

If you are out when the postman arrives, the package will be left in your designated "Safe Place" or taken to your local Delivery Office. You will receive a card or an app notification.
