- Faces close up – the ear panels are small.
- Bright daylight photos print best.
- Use the original photo, not a screenshot.
- Portrait or square photos fit the ear shape.
When will it arrive?
Each bunny is made to order with your photos, then shipped with tracking to your door. For Christmas, order by 28 November.
Will you check my photos?
Yes. Every photo is checked before printing. If one looks too small or blurry, we'll email you before we make your bunny.
Is it suitable for babies?
It's a soft keepsake made to be displayed and cuddled. For babies under 3, we recommend keeping it as a nursery display rather than a sleep toy.
Returns on a personalised gift
Because each bunny is made with your own photos, we can't accept change-of-mind returns. If it arrives damaged or printed incorrectly, contact us and we'll make it right. Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected.

Surface clean gently with a damp cloth. Do not machine wash or tumble dry.
